Jesus and Sam and the whole onsite team were professional, really cared and were such a pleasure to work with. When we decided to build an ADU we wanted to do it as quickly as possible while also having something quality, stylish and that was fairly hands off on our part. This checked all of those boxes, they made it honestly super easy! Very professional every step of the way, great communication, timely/organized project management and the end result is exactly what we wanted. We ran into a couple snags with the city and they handled everything and made it so easy and stress free AND….. stayed on budget. Highly highly recommend!

My husband and I are doing all we can to increase our retirement portfolio. There’s no better return on your money like Real Estate. Our goal is to have an ADU on every one of our rental properties. After building our first two ADU’s, the traditional way, we found Samara. I can successfully make the statement that going with Samara was, Hand’s Down, the best decision we’ve gone with this far! My husband and I have a mortgage company and we knew we wanted to finance our next ADU. The finance option that was quoted to us was so low we couldn’t even touch the interest rate. And the best part was The Cost Quoted was The Cost throughout the whole build! No surprise hidden fees Ever. But the actual best part was the fact that I did NOT need to lift a finger, make a decision, meet with anyone, get Not one permit or pick out: tile, appliances, outlet layouts, find subs or deal with any bad news along the build.
